Valhalla Project centers around climate scientist Alina Railo (Sara Soulié), who travels to Finnish Lapland with an international expedition to seek access to a parallel universe that his father explored more than 30 years ago. On her journey to find a solution to the climate crisis threatening the planet, she finds out about her family’s secret past.
The Danish actress Iben Dorner acts opposite Soulié as the expedition’s leader, who is revealed to be a deeply corrupted division head of a giant oil company.
The cast also includes Alistair Brammer, Iben Dorner, Joonas Saartamo, Pääru Oja, Satu Silvo and Vilma Kinnunen.
Elisa Viihde original series will premiere at Ruutu on October 8, 2024.
