Snapper’s feature film project Hella W has been granted a support of NOK 750.000 by Nordisk Film & TV Fond.
Hella W is a biopic about Hella Wuolijoki, Finland’s most complex and widely talented woman of influence. Scripted by Outi Nyytäjä and helmed by Juha Wuolijoki, the film recounts the true story of the internationally acclaimed businesswoman, playwright and politician, who is determined to leave her mark on the European psyche – in more than one place.
The film will be theatrically released in Finland in January 2011.
