Lapland Odyssey 4 (Napapiirin sankarit) is the fourth installment in a popular Finnish comedy franchise. It is produced by Yellow Film & TV. The film is directed, script edited, and executive produced by Juha Wuolijoki from Snapper Films. The script is written by Pekko Pesonen, known for the previous films in the franchise.
The film continues the beloved tradition of the series with a new character, Paavo (Heikki Ranta) taking the lead role. With the need to prove himself, Paavo takes on the seemingly simple task of bringing tofu to a birthday party. What follows is a hilarious adventure through the Arctic.
Other actors returning to play their well-known characters include Pamela Tola, Kari Ketonen, Mikko Töyssy, and Timo Lavikainen.
The film had its theatrical release in December of 2022. It gained an audience of over 120 000 viewers in theaters.
